Howdy, my name is Roy Rogers but you can just call me Roy, or as my foster family calls me, Old Roy. I am a senior guy, about 8 years old, with special needs. At first I may not sound that appealing to most people but my goofy personality will be sure to win you over. Let me tell you a little more about myself. I’m some kind of terrier mix and around 25 to 30 pounds, at the most. I came from a dog shelter in WV where I was found as a stray. I need a home without young kids because I do sometimes resource guard the things I find important. I do fine with cats and would do best in a home with older dogs that give me space or in a home with no dogs so I can get that one on one attention I deserve. Because I have a degenerative nerve disorder I cannot always tell when I have to go to the bathroom so I have to be let out very frequently and I also wear belly bands. I do take medication that is helping and I’m also having less accidents. This does not stop me from living my life though, I love to take walks and hang out in the sunshine. I’m the sweetest boy and will love showing off my tricks for you. Fill out an application for me today. I can’t wait to meet you!
